Woodberry Grove, Lonon N4 1SY
One of the best things about Woodberry Down is the way we celebrate Refugee Week. And it is not just for a week. Our children originate from all over the world. One in four are refugees. The second half of the summer term, when tests are done and the days are long and (hopefully) bright- sees some of our most inspiring work.
Refugee Week 2008 will build on what has happened in previous years – taking it to new levels while proudly celebrating the diversity that makes the school what it is. The events listed below are one part. At the heart of our work in this area lie sustained, high-quality curriculum projects, undertaken across the school, during and around Refugee Week.
We gratefully acknowledge the additional funding we have received from Community Chest.
