Highlights from our January 2006 report
Staff appreciate the supportive culture of the School and the encouragement they receive.
The performance management system is used to great effect in providing individual support and also identifying training needs.
The School website is an innovative and effective way of encouraging ideas and staff have confidence they will always receive a response.
Praising staff in the weekly newsletters and on the website has been a key driver in the high morale of staff.
A paired observation for less experienced managers is an innovative way of providing necessary support and empowering people.
The inclusive approach to drawing up the School Improvement Plan is welcomed by staff who feel their views are valued.
